ANGLONOMICON SHOP REGULATIONS
§ 1 Definitions
Seller: Anglonomicon Katarzyna Sielicka, Anieli Krzywoń Street 8/42, 01-391 Warsaw
User: A natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, visiting the Store or using the services of the Store.
Customer: User who is a natural person, making a purchase in the Store.
Shop: The website www.anglonomicon.pl, through which the Seller conducts the sale of Files under the terms specified in these Regulations.
File: Electronic or digital file containing content (in particular text, graphics, sound, video recordings - in pdf, jpg, mp3, mp4 formats) intended to be read or otherwise reproduced (as described in the Store) by means of an Electronic Device.
Electronic Device: The device is intended, among others, for downloading and recording digital files (e.g. personal computer, smartphone, iPod, iPad, tablet).
Sale of the File: Making the File available against payment by the Seller upon the User's request made via the Store, enabling unlimited use of the File exclusively with the use of Electronic Devices - in accordance with the principles set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
Payment of the Order: debiting the User's bank account or payment card or paypal account, the amount specified in the order, crediting the payment to the Seller's bank account or paypal account.
§ 2 General provisions
The online shop at - hereinafter referred to as "Store" or "Anglonomicon" - is a commercial activity that sells ebooks, audio and video courses in the form of .pdf, mp3, mp4 files. The shop sells books, audio and video files in Poland and abroad.
The owner of the Store is Katarzyna Sielicka running a business:

By placing an order, the User declares that he or she has read these Regulations and accepted the provisions contained herein.
§ 3 Conclusion and performance of the contract
Products presented on the shop's website do not constitute a commercial offer in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
The sale of a File takes place after the Customer places an order, which is realized by clicking the BUY AND PAY icon and placing an order for payment in the manner specified in these Regulations.
After placing an order, the Client will receive an e-mail message confirming the content of the order placed, containing instructions on the right to withdraw from the contract for the delivery of Files not recorded on a tangible medium and the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract in connection with the Consumer's request to start providing services before the expiry of the 14-day period to withdraw from the contract.
When the BUY icon is clicked, a contract is concluded between the Store and the Customer, the subject of which is the sale of a given File(s). The price specified for a given File at the time of placing an order includes VAT at the rate applicable to this transaction and all costs incurred by the Customer for the benefit of the Store in connection with the sale of the File(s) and its (their) collection, excluding costs due from the Customer to entities providing telecommunications services and the like, enabling connection with the Service, and to financial institutions - in accordance with the tables of fees applicable in these enterprises.
5. The User is obliged to Pay for the Order, according to the User's choice, through:
a) credit card, powered by Selz.com

c) - by transferring money to a paypal account:
6. The sale of the File is each time confirmed by the order specification sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. The Store sends to the Customer an electronic invoice within the meaning of Article 2 point. 32) of the Act on Value Added Tax (Journal of Laws of 2011, item 1054, as amended) to the Customer's e-mail address.
7. Not later than within 24 hours from the moment the payment is credited to the email address given in the registration form, a link will be sent to enable download of the purchased file.
8. Copying or printing Files sold in the Store is allowed ONLY for personal use. Sharing or distributing the Files, whether for profit or not, is PROTECTED under threat of criminal liability (Copyright and Related Rights Act). It is also prohibited to provide third parties with links to download the purchased products.
§ 4: Withdrawal from the contract
When you purchase Files, Anglonomicon asks you to give your consent to the transfer of the file as soon as you have placed and paid for your order.
If you give your consent to the transfer of the file within 14 days of the conclusion of the transaction, your right of withdrawal will expire as soon as you start downloading the purchased file.
If you agree to start the service before 14 days have elapsed, you can only withdraw from the service before the download begins. If the Customer consents to start providing the service of delivering the File before the expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawing from the agreement and informing the Customer about the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement, the right to withdraw expires at the moment of starting downloading the File.
The User who does not agree to start the service before the lapse of 14 days may withdraw from it within this period and cannot download the file before the lapse of this period. If the Seller does not agree to start providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, the Seller may refrain from making the purchased File available until the end of this period. The Customer may agree to start providing the service at any time before the end of the withdrawal period.
Withdrawal from the contract takes place by submitting a statement within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The statement does not have to include a justification. In the case of purchasing several Files within one transaction, the Consumer should indicate whether he withdraws from the agreement in its entirety or only in relation to a specific File(s).
6. The Customer submits a declaration of withdrawal from the contract:
a) by e-mail to ; or
b) in writing submitted directly to the Seller's registered office or by mail, in a consignment addressed to the Seller.
7. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it shall be deemed not to have been concluded. The Seller shall return all payments made by the Customer within 14 days. If the Customer has paid the price by credit card or electronic transfer, the Seller shall return the entire amount to the card or bank account number of the Customer.
§ 5 Note on the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the File purchase agreement. Withdrawal from the contract takes place by submitting a statement within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The statement does not have to include a justification. In the case of purchasing several Files within one transaction, the Consumer should indicate whether he withdraws from the agreement in its entirety or only in relation to a specific File(s). The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in relation to the contract (pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights - consolidated text of 24 June 2014, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827):
a) about the provision of services, if the trader has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after the performance by the trader will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
b) for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after the trader has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
§ 6 Complaints
Every customer has the right to make a complaint by submitting a written complaint:

Each complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of submission. The Seller shall inform the Customer about the settlement of the complaint: by e-mail - to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent; OR by mail - in accordance with the address provided by the User in the complaint submitted by mail.
§ 7 Personal data
Personal data provided by the Buyer are processed by the Anglonomicon store with its registered office at 8/42 Anieli Krzywoń Street, 01-391 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to fulfill the Buyer's order.
Personal data are protected and processed for the purpose and within the scope specified in the Act of 29.08.1997. "On personal data protection". (Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883).
The owner of the Store processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of contract execution.
The owner of the Store does not share personal data of customers with other entities for marketing purposes.
The Buyer has the right to inspect their data, demand their correction or supplementation and their deletion.
§ 8. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are an integral part of any contract concluded through the Anglonomicon store and are available on the Store's website and at the Seller's premises. The buyer can store it in the memory of his computer or print it out.
Terms and Conditions - at your request sent by e-mail to the following e-mail address: - will be provided to you free of charge in an electronic version to the e-mail address provided by you.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Regulations in justified cases, such as changes in the name of the company, change of the bank account number, and adjustment of the Regulations to the applicable provisions of law. Amendments to the Regulations do not apply to orders placed before the new Regulations come into force. The User shall be informed of any changes in the Regulations by means of information placed on the Store's website with at least 7 days' notice.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed by the Seller. The change in the Regulations shall be effective from the date of announcement, and purchases made in the Store, which took place until the date of announcement of the change, shall be subject to the previous regulations.
